Cost
Thanks to our exclusive event sponsor Carnegie, the summit registration fee is only $200. This nominal fee includes breakfast, lunch, social hour, and dinner on Thursday; breakfast and a to-go lunch on Friday; and all conference programming. Attendees will need to cover their own hotel and travel.
The venue
We are excited to welcome you to the inaugural Chief of Staff Summit, hosted on Colorado College’s beautiful urban campus – just minutes from the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. CC is situated along the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and offers stunning views of Pikes Peak as our backdrop for meaningful connection, conversation, and learning. For those who can extend their stay, Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region are packed with recreational opportunities of all kinds!
Getting here
Colorado Springs Airport (COS): The most convenient option, located just minutes from campus. The primary carriers offering service are Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines.
Denver International Airport (DEN): A major hub located roughly 80 miles (approx. 90 minutes) north of Colorado Springs. Several shuttle services are available, including Groome Transportation, the Bustang express bus for commuter hours, FlixBus for budget, or private car services/rideshares like Uber or Lyft.
Lodging
We have secured blocks and recommend the following hotels, which are centrally located in the City of Colorado Springs. Space is limited in all hotel blocks, so we encourage you to reserve your room early to secure the group rates. A free downtown shuttle provides easy transportation to within a few blocks of campus, or rideshare services are available.
